If there's one thing the Game of ThronesReddit community is insanely good at, it's deciphering quite literally the tiniest of clues.
If there's a blurry reflection in a trailer, they'll decipher it. If there's even the vaguest chance that a battle map could hint at how a story will play out, they'll decipher it. In the Game of Thronesworld, no detail is small enough to remain unexamined.

There are plenty of words missing, but here's a rough transcript of what we can see:

The second paragraph is the one to pay attention to -- particularly the sentences that mention "dragonglass", "cure", and "ingestion".
Is it possible that, while Sam is busy hunting for the most effective way to weaponise dragonglass against the White Walkers, he may end up stumbling across its medicinal properties?
And who do we know that's currently in serious need of medical attention, and who just so happens to be in the same place as Sam?
